The website uses browser storage to resume the tool and your requests. This page explains its use and your choices.
1. Cookies and local storage
Cookies and local storage are different device storage technologies. Local storage is used here to retain SAQ progress and, after your consent, an unfinished quote request. Local storage is not inherently anonymous.
2. What is stored
The SAQ progress entry contains an identifier, answers, language and tool version or progress information. The quote draft contains completed fields, the stage and the saving acceptance indication. Personal quote fields are not saved before acceptance at the initial quote stage. Initial SAQ progress saving begins with the first answer.
The pci_site_language cookie stores only your preferred language (el or en) for up to 365 days. On your first visit, Cloudflare country information selects Greek for Greece and English for other countries. You can change the language using EL/EN; your choice takes precedence over automatic detection. Deleting the cookie allows the initial selection to run again on your next visit.
3. Choices and clearing
Use the form reset to return to the beginning or your browser settings to delete the website’s local data. Successful quote submission clears the corresponding local draft containing personal details. Blocking browser storage may prevent resuming at a previous point. The Privacy policy explains information processed by company systems and your rights.
4. Analytics and third-party services
When measurement is enabled, Google Analytics loads only after your optional acceptance in Cookie settings, to measure site use and effectiveness. Events include page views, SAQ use, package choices and confirmed enquiry submissions. We do not send contact fields, messages or detailed scoping answers to Analytics. The service receives technical connection information, including the IP address when connecting to its servers. Your preference is stored locally and can be changed in Cookie settings. This choice is separate from processing enquiries. Advertising personalisation, fingerprinting and session replay are not enabled. External services have their own policies.
